All services are subject to site conditions, material availability, crew availability, scheduling constraints, weather, local regulations, concrete supplier schedules, and any additional requirements discussed with you before the project begins. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any project if conditions are unsafe, impractical, outside our normal scope of work, or otherwise prevent us from reasonably completing the project.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time, including site visits, measurements, finish selections, photographs, and details you provide to us. Estimates may outline the expected scope of work, square footage, thickness, reinforcement, finishes, and pricing to the best of our knowledge at that time. Pricing may change if we discover unforeseen conditions or if the scope of work changes. Examples may include:

• Poor soil or subgrade conditions
• Buried debris, roots, rock, or old concrete
• Access limitations
• Drainage or grading issues
• Changes to size, thickness, or finish
• Changes requested by the customer
• Additional site preparation

We will communicate significant changes in scope or price and request your approval before proceeding when reasonably possible. No estimate is considered final or binding until it is agreed to in writing by both you and Affordable Concrete Restoration, such as through a signed proposal, contract, invoice, work authorization, or digital acceptance form. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in pricing, descriptions, measurements, or website materials.

4. Scheduling & Project Timelines

We will work with you to schedule your project on dates that are practical for both you and our team. Any timeline we provide is an estimate only and may change based on factors such as:

• Extreme temperatures
• Rain
• Concrete plant and supplier schedules
• Inspections
• Permitting
• Site conditions
• Equipment issues
• Staffing
• Product availability
• Supplier delays
• Delivery scheduling

Concrete cannot be placed in certain weather conditions (such as heavy rain or freezing temperatures), so pour dates may shift to protect the quality of your project. While we do our best to meet agreed-upon timelines, delays can occur that are outside our control. Affordable Concrete Restoration is not liable for indirect costs or damages you may incur due to scheduling changes or delays, such as time off work, rental costs, storage costs, or scheduling of other contractors. If a delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and reschedule the work as soon as practical.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be described in your estimate, proposal, invoice, or work agreement. Depending on the project, a deposit or initial payment may be required to order materials and secure scheduling, with the remaining balance due according to the terms of the individual project agreement. By authorizing us to begin work or order materials, you agree to the payment terms described in your agreement for that specific project.

• Other payment methods made available at the time of service

Some payment methods may include processing fees, which will be disclosed when applicable. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not made as agreed, we may pause work, delay delivery or installation, refuse to schedule additional work, charge late fees where permitted by law, and pursue collection or other legal remedies. You are responsible for reasonable costs of collection, including attorney's fees, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To help your project go smoothly and safely, you agree to provide Affordable Concrete Restoration and its team with reasonable access to the property, including driveways, gates, work areas, a path for concrete trucks and equipment, and water or electrical power where needed unless otherwise arranged. You agree to move vehicles, outdoor furniture, landscaping items, pets, or other items that could interfere with or be affected by the work, where practical.

You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

• Property lines and boundaries
• Underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler lines, or drain tile
• Drainage problems
• HOA rules and restrictions
• Access limitations
• Property-specific requirements
• Other conditions that may affect the project

Unless Affordable Concrete Restoration specifically agrees in writing to obtain permits, approvals, or HOA authorization on your behalf, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits, approvals, or authorizations before work begins.

7. Concrete Characteristics & Curing

Concrete is a natural material. Hairline cracking, minor surface variations, and color differences are normal characteristics of concrete and do not by themselves indicate faulty workmanship. Control joints are placed to help manage cracking but cannot prevent it entirely. Equipment and concrete trucks may leave marks on lawns or surrounding surfaces; we take reasonable care to minimize this.

Proper care after the pour is important to the long-term performance of your concrete. This may include:

• Staying off new concrete for the recommended curing time
• Avoiding heavy vehicles or equipment on slabs not designed for them
• Resealing decorative or stamped concrete as recommended
• Following any care instructions provided by Affordable Concrete Restoration

Affordable Concrete Restoration is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, extreme weather, expansive clay soil movement, soil settlement, third parties, or conditions beyond our reasonable control after the project is completed.

8. Materials & Finishes

Concrete, color additives, stamps, sealers, and other materials may vary in color, texture, and appearance from batch to batch. Photographs, website images, advertisements, and samples are intended to provide a reasonable representation of available products but may not perfectly represent the final installed product. Material availability, colors, and supplier specifications may change without notice. Materials supplied by third parties may be covered by their own manufacturer warranties, subject to those terms.

9. Warranties & Repairs

Affordable Concrete Restoration stands behind the workmanship of the services we provide. If you believe there is a workmanship issue with your project, you agree to notify us within a reasonable time after noticing the issue so we can review the concern. We may request:
